Dental Hygienist
April graduated from Clearfield High School. She went to college at Weber State University to become a dental hygienist. April loves to spend time with her husband and daughter, play with her dog named Bear, go running, and color for relaxation. She has an easy going personality and great sense of humor and strives to make coming to the dentist a pleasant experience for everyone she sees.
Chelci
Dental Hygienist
Chelci Holste is a Registered Dental Hygienist and has been working at Deseret Family Dentistry since 2010. She has loved working in the dental field, and especially enjoys meeting new people, and visiting with patients.
She was born and raised in Grantsville. She graduated from Grantsville High in 2002. She is a former Miss Grantsville. She has always enjoyed music and singing, especially country music. She is known as “the singing hygienist”, and you may hear her humming or singing around the office. She is in a country band. She sings lead, background vocals, and plays rhythm guitar.
Chelci is happily married and has 4 kids. Three boys and one girl, including a set of identical twin boys. Her family is her pride and joy. She loves making holidays and birthdays fun for her children. She loves to travel with her family. She enjoys camping, boating, wakeboarding, playing games, and watching movies.
Jody
Dental Hygienist
Jody Yager has been a dental hygienist for 20 years and has worked at Deseret Family Dentistry since 2018. She has lived in Grantsville for 39 years. Her hobbies are gardening and canning. Jody enjoys interacting with patients and making them feel at ease in the dental chair. She has 2 sons and 3 step sons. She loves having two daughters-in-law.
Rebecca
Front Office
Rebecca is new to the dental industry, but has loved getting to know the patients and increases her knowledge every day. She grew up in Houston, TX, but has called Utah home for the last 26 years. She loves to read, watch crime shows, take tropical vacations, and watch sports. Spending time with her husband and four kids is her all-time favorite thing to do. She also has an adorable dog, Cosmo.
Mandy
Office Manager
Mandy began her dental career in the Orthodontic field where she was an Assistant. She later transitioned to the front office and joined our team in 2022 as Front Office Manager. She went to college at Utah State University and received her certificate in dental assisting at Bridgerland Technical College. Mandy loves to spend time with her family and loves cheering on her 4 kids in their many sporting events. Time with her family is what she loves and enjoys the most. Mandy loves working in the community she was born and raised in and has a genuine love for all of our patients.
Amanda
Amanda grew up in Syracuse Utah, but graduated from Grantsville High School in May 2022. Amanda plans on serving an LDS mission for the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Amanda enjoys the outdoors and loves camping, boating, and hiking. In Amanda’s free time she enjoys decorating, shopping, dancing, and playing with her dogs Maggie and Harlie
